Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking is seeking CDL-A trainee drivers for its Mentor Program. Fresh out of CDL school, you start with onboarding, a trainer, and a path to solo driving with a guaranteed weekly paycheck.

Expect a 7‑day onboarding, a period of on‑the‑road training with a mentor, and pay including $0.50 per mile after you become solo, with weekly earnings around $1,300–$1,400 and benefits after probation. Sundays off and room to grow are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ and a valid Class A CDL
• CDL school completed in the last 12 months, with no trucking employer since
• Max 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Urine drug test and DOT physical

Responsibilities

• No touch dry van, mostly drop and hook
• Steady direct freight from customers
• 1–2 weeks out, 6 days a week, Sundays off for a full reset
