Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking is seeking a CDL-A New Driver to start with a mentor on the road, then transition to solo operation in Columbia, SC. Onboarding lasts about a week, with a mentor guiding daily driving and a structured checklist.

During training you’ll earn $75 per day, plus $0.50 per mile after hitting 2,000 safe miles in a week, with typical solo weeks around 2,600–2,800 miles and weekly pay every Friday. Tuition reimbursement and travel costs are included.

Qualifications

• Completed CDL school within 12 months.
• No trucking employer since CDL completion.
• No DUI or DWI in past 5 years.
• Pass urine drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Onboard with a mentor during onboarding.
• Drive with a mentor during the training phase.
• Transition to solo driving with own division.
• Earn weekly pay and qualify for incentives.
