Job summary

365 Freight USA in Greenwood, IN is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, gaining practical experience beyond CDL school and preparing to drive solo.

During training you will ride with a mentor, learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, and pre/post-trip inspections. After completing training, you will transition to your own truck and earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

Qualifications

• CDL-A is required and graduated from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT qualifications.
• Safety-focused mindset and dependable work ethic.
• No prior driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver to develop skills and confidence on the road.
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups/deliveries, and vehicle inspections.
