The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to DOT regulations. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, a CDL-A, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Comfort with loading/unloading and handling product.
• Ability to read and understand labels, instructions, and bills of lading.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and secure lines.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and company policy.
• Inspect equipment for defects and document DOT inspections.
• Use Driver Delivery Handheld to record deliveries and temperatures.
• Train with Driver Trainer and learn regulatory requirements.
• Maintain driver logs and assist with unloading and deliveries.
• Provide on-time, undamaged product delivery and customer service.
