Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with no guaranteed hourly pay; earnings scale with the number of completed jobs.

On-call nights and weekends are required, with high call volume and dispatch support. Candidates should be comfortable in all weather, able to pass a DOT drug screen, and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
