Job summary

All Fleet Inc. in Lindenhurst, IL seeks a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver to handle commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with earnings tied to work completed, not a guaranteed hourly wage.

Expect on-call nights and weekends, high call volume, and independent work with dispatch support. Preferred candidates have heavy-duty towing or recovery experience and a diesel/mechanical background.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents and emergency calls.
• Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Complete jobs with proper documentation and photos.

We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid CDL-A license

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience

• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
