Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for professional towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with no guaranteed hours; earnings grow with the number of jobs completed.

Expect on-call nights and weekends, high call volume, and fast response expectations. You’ll operate heavy tow equipment, document work with photos, and provide clear communication with dispatch and customers. Earnings potential $80K–$150K+ per year, with uncapped upside.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience

• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
