Job summary

All Fleet Inc in Jamestown, Indiana, is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for fast-paced towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This performance-based role pays commissions with no cap on earnings, requiring on-call availability nights and weekends. You’ll handle high-volume calls and deliver real recovery work, supported by dispatch while staying busy and earning top potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.

• Reliable and responsive when called.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents and emergency calls.
• Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Complete jobs with proper documentation and photos.

We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid CDL-A license
• Clean driving record

• Comfortable working in all weather conditionsli>Must be reliable and responsive when called

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
