Job summary

All Fleet Inc is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based position with earnings potential and no hourly guaranteed pay.

On-call schedule with nights and weekends, high call volume, fast response expectations, and independent work with dispatch support. Requires CDL-A, clean driving record, and DOT drug screening. Commission-based earnings of $80K–$150K+ with no cap.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
