Job summary

All Fleet Inc in Fox Lake, IL is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with no guaranteed hourly pay, designed for busy drivers who want to maximize earnings.

You will handle heavy-duty towing and recovery, respond to breakdowns and accidents, operate wreckers, and document each job with photos. On-call nights and weekends with a commission-based pay structure offering $80K–$150K+ potential.

Qualifications

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid CDL-A license
• Clean driving record

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Must be reliable and responsive when called

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
