This role offers average weekly pay between $1,340 and $1,630, plus various bonuses such as a sign-on bonus of $4,000 for experienced drivers. Team Van Truckload truck driver - Holiday Incentive

Average pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly

Home time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders

Responsibilities

• Dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight.
• Drive within all 48 states.
• Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn holiday pay incentives, up to $1,400, while working November 2025-December 2025.
• Weekly paychecks.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $4,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
