USATruckis seeking CDL-A team drivers to join a top-pay carrier. Teams earn $110,000+ annually per driver with a $0.86 CPM split, plus hazmat bonuses and performance incentives. The role features up to 6,000+ miles per week, 95% no-touch freight, and a strong referral bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Plan trucks and routes to maximize miles for team drivers.
• Coordinate home time: home 1 day for every week out, up to 5 days in a row.
• Maintain high no-touch freight (95%).
• Support long-haul team operations and growth initiatives.

Established CDL‑A truck driving teams are invited to join USATruck, a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams bring their experience to earn $110,000+ annually (per driver) with a $0.86 CPM split and additional rates for hazmat and bonus opportunities.

Compensation & Bonuses

• $110,000+ annual earning potential (per team driver)
• $0.86 CPM split between team drivers
• 0.04 CPM Hazmat bonus for loads with proper endorsements
