Job summary

USATruck is seeking established CDL‑A truck driving teams to join a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams can earn $110,000+ annually per driver with a $0.86 CPM split and additional rates for hazmat endorsements.

Team Division Leader plans miles, with up to 6,000+ miles per week, 95% no‑touch freight, and 60% drop and hook. PTO, orientation, and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• CDL‑A license with valid medical card.
• 6+ months CDL‑A driving experience.
• At least 21 years old.
• No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 3 years.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of an established CDL‑A team to maximize miles.
• Plan and manage routes with home time as described (home 1 day per week out, up to 5 days in a row).
• Maintain safety and compliance while performing long-haul driving.
• Support no‑touch freight and efficient loading practices.

Established CDL‑A truck driving teams are invited to join USATruck, a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams bring their experience to earn $110,000+ annually (per driver) with a $0.86 CPM split and additional rates for hazmat and bonus opportunities.

Compensation & Bonuses

• $110,000+ annual earning potential (per team driver)
• $0.86 CPM split between team drivers
• 0.04 CPM Hazmat bonus for loads with proper endorsements

Equipment & Technology

• Late‑model trucks with 1500–1800‑watt inverters and 100% automatic transmissions

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 6+ months CDL‑A driving experience required
