Job summary

USA Truck is seeking CDL-A team truck drivers to join our roster for high earning potential and comprehensive benefits. The role offers substantial yearly earnings with a 0.81 CPM split between team drivers and a Hazmat bonus of 0.04 CPM when hauling Hazmat loads.

Teams can haul up to 6,000+ miles per week with 95% no-touch freight and 60% Drop and Hook. Home time is structured with 1 day at home for each week out, up to 5 days, and a minimum of 3 weeks out.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• CDL-A driving experience: ≥6 months.
• No DUI, DWI or drug/alcohol violations in last 3 years.
• Stable work history.
• Valid CDL-A and medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A team trucks on long-haul routes with high weekly mileage.
• Maintain safety, comply with company policies, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Participate in bonus programs and company trainings to maximize earnings.
