Job summary

USA Truck is seeking CDL‑A team truck drivers to join our roster for high earning potential and excellent benefits. Earn $110,000+ per year per driver with a 0.81 CPM split and a 0.04 CPM Hazmat bonus for hazmat loads.

Teams can run up to 6,000+ miles per week with 95% no‑touch freight and 60% drop and hook, and enjoy home time of one day for every week out, up to five days. This position requires at least 6 months CDL‑A experience and a clean driving record, with home time built around weekly

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• ≥6 months CDL‑A driving experience.
• No DUI, DWI or drug/alcohol violations in last 3 years.
• Stable work history.
• Valid CDL‑A and medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a CDL‑A team to maximize miles.
• Maintain safe, compliant driving practices.
• Communicate with team leader and dispatch for smooth operations.

Compensation

• $110,000+ annual earnings per driver
• 0.81 CPM split between team drivers

Mileage & Routes

• Up to 6,000+ miles per week

Scheduling

• Home 1 day for every week out, up to 5 days in a row
• Minimum 3‑weeks out
