Job summary

USATruck is recruiting established CDL‑A truck driving teams to join a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams can earn $110,000+ annually per driver with a $0.86 CPM split and additional hazmat rates.

Featuring up to 6,000+ miles per week, 95% no‑touch freight, drop and hook, weekly bonuses, and a robust benefits package including PTO, health coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 6+ months CDL‑A driving experience required.
• No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 3 years.
• Stable work history and valid CDL‑A with medical card.

Responsibilities

• Lead team drivers and plan trucks to maximize miles.
• Coordinate routes and schedules for efficient weekly miles.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Established CDL‑A truck driving teams are invited to join USATruck, a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams bring their experience to earn $110,000+ annually (per driver) with a $0.86 CPM split and additional rates for hazmat and bonus opportunities.

Compensation & Bonuses

• $110,000+ annual earning potential (per team driver)
• $0.86 CPM split between team drivers
• 0.04 CPM Hazmat bonus for loads with proper endorsements

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age

Team Division Leader plans all trucks to ensure miles. Home 1 day for every week out, up to 5 days in a row, with a minimum of 3‑week trips. 95% no‑touch freight, 60% drop and hook.
