Bright Flag Recruiting is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers for FedEx Ground linehaul based in Middletown, CT. Earn $2,000–$2,400+ per driver each week with about 5,000–6,000 team miles weekly and weekly home time.

Drivers operate FedEx Ground linehaul routes regionally, with potential trips across the Northeast and beyond. We offer team pairing support, prep for newer CDL-A grads, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
