Job summary

TRUCKING PEOPLE is hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated FedEx routes. We welcome teams or solo drivers who don’t mind team driving. New CDL-A graduates from accredited driving schools are encouraged to apply and may qualify.

We offer no-touch freight, a competitive mileage pay, and a weekly safety bonus, plus healthcare and 401(k) options. Open hubs across PA, MD, GA, and more. Join a stable, established operation and grow with us.

Qualifications

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated FedEx routes. If you already have a driving partner, we want your team! If you’re a CDL-A driver who is comfortable working with a team driver, we want to hear from you too.

• Fairless Hills, PA – Hub 196: 1–2 teams needed
• Harrisburg, PA – Hub 170
• Hagerstown, MD – Hub 219
• Atlanta, GA – Hub 303: 2 teams needed

PAY

• $0.80 CPM — without benefits
• $0.70 CPM — with benefits, including healthcare & 401(k)
• +$0.04 CPM weekly safety bonus

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A
• New CDL-A graduates from an accredited CDL driving school are welcome to apply
• Willing to operate as part of a driving team
• Must live within 50 miles of the applicable FedEx hub
• Must meet all FedEx and DOT qualification requirements
