Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Transport Driver in Albuquerque, NM. You will operate a tanker truck, loading propane at supply points and delivering to AmeriGas facilities, with long driving days and minimal off-time.

The role requires a Class A CDL with tanker experience, Hazmat endorsement, and TWIC. Expect up to 14-hour shifts, 500 miles per day, and opportunities for safety incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with 3 years tractor-trailer experience.
• 1 year tanker experience within the last 3 years, preferred.
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement required.
• Eligible for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).
• No accidents in the previous 3 years.
• No more than one moving violation in the previous 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive tanker truck to load propane at refinery/terminals and deliver to AmeriGas facilities.
• Make 4–5 pickups and deliveries per day, averaging ~500 miles daily.
• Load/unload using hoses; fuel transfer lines vary by hose size.
• Perform twice daily truck inspections.
• May climb ladders to check gauges on bulk tanks.
