Job summary

Genesis Energy, LLC is seeking a professional Class A CDL driver to transport crude oil from fields to pipelines or refineries. You will open valves, gauge volumes, test product, and maintain accurate run tickets and daily reports. A strong safety mindset and compliance with DOT regulations are required.

Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL with Tank/HazMat (X), DOT medical and drug tests, and a clean driving record. English fluency and a High School diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Tank and HazMat endorsements required.
• Valid DOT medical exam and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Clean driving record with limited moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an 18-wheel tractor/cargo tank to transport crude oil.
• Open/close valves; climb storage tanks to gauge volumes.
• Test product with onboard centrifuge and record metrics.
• Record load/unload data; complete run tickets and daily reports.
• Inspect equipment for safety; ensure compliance with DOT regs.
• Report hauled volumes for accounting and payroll.
• Participate in safety programs and company safety initiatives.
