Job summary

Genesis Energy, L.P. is seeking a professional driver to operate a tanker tractor-trailer hauling crude oil from field to injection point or refinery. You will perform valve operations, gauge readings, and recordkeeping while upholding strict safety standards.

The role requires a Class A CDL with Tank and HazMat endorsements, DOT medical clearance, and a clean driving record. Prior TWIC may be preferred; strong English skills are essential, with a high school diploma or GED expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with Tank and HazMat endorsements (X).
• DOT medical exam and drug/alcohol screening required.
• Clean driving record within past three years.
• Must read/write/speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an 18-wheel tractor/cargo tank to haul crude oil.
• Open/close valves, gauge volumes, and record run data.
• Inspect vehicle for safety and report issues.
• Complete daily reports and paperwork for operations.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety programs.
