Job summary

Henner Tank Lines, Inc. is seeking local Class-A tanker drivers to join our employee-owned team in California. We offer full-time schedules with four-on, three-off rotations; day and night shifts are available at our Sacramento terminal.

Starting wages range from $30 to $34 per hour, with overtime, and a $2 per hour monthly safety bonus for every safe hour worked. We provide late-model Peterbilt tanks, company-paid benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation and holidays, and

Qualifications

• Three years of verifiable Class-A driving experience.
• Current tanker endorsement.
• A current haz-mat endorsement.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement.
• A valid TWIC card.
• A current Medical Certificate.
• Must pass a DOT Drug Test.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts.
• Snow Chain Experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• The Petroleum Product Tanker Driver's responsibilities include safe product handling, quality assurance, and transportation per regulations.
• The driver is responsible for pick-up and drop-off of Petroleum Products.
• Maintain the truck and follow all safety regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch about delays or issues.
• Complete daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections and log them.
• Maintain a daily, legible DOT E-Log and keep the vehicle tidy.
• Comply with company safety and performance standards.

Class A Tanker Driver

Henner Tank Lines, Inc., a leading contract carrier, is currently seeking local Class-A drivers to join our team. As an employee-owned and locally operated company, we value our drivers as integral members of our family, not just as numbers in an out-of-state operation.Now offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Day and Night shifts are available at our Sacramentoterminal. We offer full-time employment at four-on three-off standard schedules. We have some flexibility in schedule options if you have a special circumstances - first come first serve! Henner Tank Lines maintains year-round steady work. Sacramentoterminal Shifts hourly pays from $30/hr - $34/hr, plus overtime, depending on shift selection, and an added monthly safety performance bonus of $2/hr for every safe hour worked, we pay overtime on our bonuses as well - bonus paid monthly. We pay double-time on company-observed holidays. All trucks are late-model Peterbilts with Beall tanks- some of the nicest in the industry.

• Sacramento Am (Wed to Sat) Starting wage $30P/H Plus $2 p/h safety bonus
• Sacramento Am (Thur -Sun) Starting wage $31 P/H Plus $2 p/h safety bonus (Full weekend Shift)
• Sacramento PM (Wed to Sat) Starting wage $32 P/H Plus $2 p/h safety bonus
• Sacramento Pm (Sat to Tues) Starting wage $33 P/H Plus $2 p/h safety bonus (Full weekend Shift)

Responsibilities:

• The Petroleum Product Tanker Driver's responsibilities include safe product handling, product quality assurance, and product transportation consistent with regulatory compliance and company operating goals.
• The Petroleum Product Tanker Driver is responsible for the pick-up and the drop-off of Petroleum Products.
• The driver must keep the truck properly maintained and must follow all safe driving regulations.
• Maintains communication with dispatch as to any delays or issues during the route/shift.
• Performs a daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspection checklist, informing maintenance personnel of any issues.
• Maintains a daily, legible DOT E log.
• Maintains the vehicle in a neat and tidy manner.
• Comply with all company safety & performance standards.

Job Type:Full-time.

Salary Range Shift :$30.00 to $34.00 /hour.

Additional Monthly Safety Bonus $2.00 /hour.

Home Time policy: Daily.

Orientation location: Vacaville.

Vehicle: Late Model Peterbilts.

Requirements
