Job summary

Brown Foodservice, Inc. seeks a Shuttle Point Supervisor with a Class-A CDL to plan, direct, and supervise shuttle operations at Corbin KY and Mt. Sterling KY locations. You will oversee drivers, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to cost-effective route planning while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, training, safety audits, and potential driving coverage. A doubles-endorsement and 3+ years of CDL experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a CDL Class-A License for interstate commerce, with a doubles endorsement.
• Three years driving experience and/or driving school experience.
• Experience supervising people is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily work of Shuttle Point Drivers, including driver performance, customer service, safety, and appearance.
• Ensure driver compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain logs.
• Provide coaching and discipline to Shuttle Point employees.
• Oversee daily route planning and driver scheduling.
• Serve as a driver when needed.
• Communicate with sales and operations to maintain service standards.
• Work with Transportation Manager and sales to optimize routes for cost and service.
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance.
• Train new Shuttle Point staff on policies and processes.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retention.
• Administer quarterly driver training for safety.
• Conduct driver and route audits for continuous improvement.
• Investigate accidents when needed.
• Maintain food safety standards per guidelines and certifications.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
