Job summary

Brown Foodservice, Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Driver (Class A CDL) to transport trailers to and from our Louisa, KY warehouse. You’ll be based at the Corbin shuttle point, working Sunday–Thursday starting at 6:00 pm, and you’ll be home every day.

Eligible drivers can receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000; criteria include experience and clean driving record. The role requires DOT compliance, safety focus, and strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must adhere to DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication with management and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Transport unloaded and loaded trailers to and from shuttle point.
• Drop and hook trailers as necessary.
• Maintain delivery time windows.
• Communicate problems to Transportation Supervisor by phone.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain electronic driver log per DOT regulations.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct.
• Refuel truck and reefers on return.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
