Job summary

US Foods is seeking a CDL A Shuttle Driver to deliver a variety of foodservice products across dispatch sites. You’ll operate tractor trailers, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries and maintaining equipment standards.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, at least 6 months driving experience, and the ability to work overnight. Overtime and a strong benefits package are available, with a retention bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A with appropriate endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Doubles endorsement preferred.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: Transport products between dispatch sites with safety and efficiency.
• Team Up: Backhaul or delivery roles as needed, show adaptability.
• Equipment Inspection: Pre- and post-trip inspections to uphold safety.
• Inspect and Confirm: Verify freight, trailer temps, and details.
• Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.
