Job summary

US Foods Shuttle Truck Driver in Lenoir, NC, is a full-time role operating tractor-trailers between distribution centers and shuttle yards. You will perform trailer swaps, ensure safe connections, and maintain accurate log entries.

The position requires a valid CDL A with endorsements, DOT qualification, and at least six months of trucking experience (or three months in foodservice delivery). Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7pm until complete.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualified.
• Minimum six months commercial truck driving experience or three months foodservice delivery experience.
• Double Endorsement License Required.

Responsibilities

• Check Route Numbers and Account Numbers for all deliveries.
• Check Customer Invoices of Product Loaded.
• Move tractor to loading dock and attach pre-loaded trailer; handle second trailer with dolly.
• Hook trailers and ensure all connections are correct.
• Log time using Electronic Time Keeping System at stops.
