Job summary

McLane is seeking a Shuttle Driver to deliver full trailers to the domicile and return empties to the Distribution Center. You’ll inspect rigs, secure cargo, and keep logs per DOT rules while working five days a week with Tuesdays and Saturdays off.

Annual pay ranges from about $80,000 to $85,000, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience. Excellent benefits begin Day 1 including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Read, write, and understand English at a sufficient level.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full trailers to the domicile and take empty trailers back to the distribution center.
• Inspect the rig for defects, secure product and maintain logs per DOT regulations.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products; May perform line haul/backhaul.
