Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is hiring a CDL A Driver, Shuttle, in Knoxville, TN, with a 4‑day work week (Sun–Thu nights) and a starting average salary of $60k+ per year. You will support our food service distribution network and be the face of the company to customers.

Responsibilities include safety checks, timely deliveries, and DOT compliance, while building relationships with customers and co-workers. A valid CDL A is required along with DOT health compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• DOT Health Card current or ability to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post trip safety inspections of tractor/trailer per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs promptly.
• Adhere to DOT rules and company safety policies; secure loads.
• Maintain route paperwork and be ready at dispatch.
• Operate tractors and deliver full trailers to designated locations on schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures and keep equipment secure.
