Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA seeks recent CDL-A school graduates in Victoria, Texas for full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and gain support to transition into solo driving.

$850 per week during paid training, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance beginning on day one, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k), and performance/safety bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• At least 120 hours of CDL training completed.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor training with a one-on-one mentor.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight as part of regional driving.
• Transition to solo driving after training on the eastern regional fleet.
• Utilize company dispatch support and resources to operate safely and efficiently.

Paid training, a dedicated mentor, and an assigned truck after successful completion are provided. 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates in Victoria, Texas, who are ready to begin full-time regional driving.
