Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates to begin full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive support to move into solo work.

The Offer includes $850 per week during paid training and expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, with insurance, PTO, a 401(k), and a payment schedule every Friday.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Operate safely and follow company policies.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch.
• Utilize company-paid tolls and fuel program.
