10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates ready to begin full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to move into solo work.

The program offers $850 per week during paid training, potential solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, and a paid mentor program with weekly or bi-weekly home time. You’ll receive a company-assigned truck after completing training and access to 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL school graduate with at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Valid Class A CDL in good standing.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor during the onboarding period.
• Transition to solo driving after successful training.
