Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates for regional driving roles. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and move into solo work with your own assigned truck after completing training.

The program includes paid training, weekly pay, and strong support from dispatch, with company-paid tolls and a fuel program. Benefits start on day one, including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, plus a 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Be a recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight as part of regional driving.
• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor during the program.
• Transition to solo driving with assigned truck after training.
• Receive dispatcher support and access to tolls and fuel program.
• Participate in 24/7 dispatch and rider/pet policy as offered.
