Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support Performance Foodservice in California. You will manage daily multi-stop routes, handle touch freight, and ensure safe, timely delivery of food and related products to independent restaurants, hotels and healthcare facilities.

No weekends with a 2 AM dispatch; training wage starts at $320/day, with a $400/day minimum on routes and an average around $420/day. Comprehensive benefits are provided from day one.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 10–90 lbs and handle freight equipment.

Mansioni

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Deliver and unload food products to customers on schedule.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments when required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and logs of hours of service.
• Secure trailers, lock equipment, and keep area clean.
