Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to operate tractor trailers and straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customers in a timely and safe manner. You will be the face of the company, building lasting relationships with customers while adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing safety inspections, ensuring proper paperwork, and unloading products at customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally and timely.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck per DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections and report issues.
• Deliver and unload customer orders on schedule and verify deliveries.
• Ensure proper paperwork, signatures, and payment collection as required.
• Secure equipment and maintain a clean, organized vehicle and loading dock area.
