Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an experienced CDL‑A driver for interstate and intrastate routes. The role involves delivering food products to diverse customers on early morning schedules, maintaining safety standards, and building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience is required.
• Valid CDL‑A license for intrastate and interstate routes.
• Must be 21+ years of age and meet licensing requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years; post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on various routes following schedule.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Load/unload products and verify delivery with customers.
