WM (Waste Management) is seeking a Route Driver Hybrid to cover routes for WMHS and Medical Waste in the Memphis area. The role includes transporting confidential documents and medical waste, providing exceptional service, and serving as the face of WMHS and Medical Waste to customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction and medical waste pickup.
• Picks up and transports waste safely per federal, state, local rules.
• Plans daily routes based on customer needs and paperwork.
• Loads trucks and prepares supplies for assigned accounts.
• Provides high-level customer service and resolves issues with Dispatch.
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip checks and reports maintenance.
• Ensures DOT log and paperwork are accurate and complete.
• Operates equipment safely to minimize injuries and damage.
• Maintains security of documents and containers during service.
• Communicates route changes to ensure timely service.
