Job description

Overview

Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less downtime. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average weekly pay: $875–$1,065
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
• Weekly performance pay
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
• Mileage incentive: potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company‑paid CDL training).
• Ability to drive within the Eastern 37 states.
