Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Memphis seeks a experienced flatbed driver for regional and OTR freight with modern equipment, consistent loads, and weekends off guaranteed. Pay includes 27% of gross per load with weekly deposits averaging $1,500–$2,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $300/week non-taxed per diem; benefits start after 30 days.

Requirements: at least 12 months flatbed experience, secure steel/pipe/coil freight, tarps/straps/chains, clean MVR, and no DUI/DWI in 5 years; pre-employment drug screen

Qualifications

• At least 12 months verifiable flatbed experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience securing steel, pipe, or coil freight; coil experience a major plus.
• Must be 22 years old or older and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean MVR with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years; no Clearinghouse violations.

Responsibilities

• Secure steel, pipe, or coil freight using tarps, straps and chains.
• Operate regional or OTR routes with home every weekend.
• Maintain safety, vehicle readiness, and DOT inspection readiness.
• Ensure timely, accurate weekly direct deposit and compliant paperwork.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:

• 27% of Gross Per Load: Average weekly gross $1,500 to $2,000
