Qualifications

• 12 months verifiable flatbed experience within the last 5 years (regional or OTR).
• Proven experience securing steel, pipe, or coil freight; coil experience a major plus.
• Proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders (40 to 50% of loads require tarping).
• Clean MVR: no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, zero Clearinghouse violations.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:

• 27% of Gross Per Load: Average weekly gross $1,500 to $2,000

Freight & Equipment:
