NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers for regional and OTR flatbed freight, with modern equipment and consistent loads. You’ll enjoy home every weekend and a take-home truck, with no forced dispatch and rider/pet friendly policies from day one.

Job description

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:

• 27% of Gross Per Load: Average weekly gross $1,500 to $2,000
• $5,000 Total Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 on your first Friday paycheck, $3,500 in milestones

• Weekly Direct Deposit: Every Friday, no waiting

Freight & Equipment:

• Steel, pipe, and coil freight, 2,300 to 2,800 target miles per week
• Tarp pay $40/load, layover $50 after 24 hours, detention $16/hour after 2 hours
• Safety, breakdown, and clean DOT inspection bonuses

Requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years old
• 12 months verifiable flatbed experience within the last 5 years (regional or OTR)
• Proven experience securing steel, pipe, or coil freight; coil experience a major plus
• Proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders (40 to 50% of loads require tarping)
• Clean MVR: no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, zero Clearinghouse violations
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen
