Job summary

Thunderstone Logistics is seeking motivated drivers to join our team in Little Rock, AR. Earn an average of $70,000 per year with top performers over $100,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 referral bonus. Routes focus on Central and Eastern time zones with weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have CDL A license.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Preferred no more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
• No DUI/DWIs in the last 5 years.
• Meet company & insurance requirements, including acceptable MVR and PSP.
• Safe driving history and reliable, professional conduct.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Hiring drives within 100 miles of Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers within assigned routes.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain safe driving practices and timely deliveries.
• Adhere to schedule and route specifics (Central/Eastern Time Zones).

Compensation

• Average Annual Pay: $70,000 with highest performing drivers earning $100,000+
  • Average Mileage - 2,000-3,000 per week
  • CPM: 70
    • Includes:
      • 5 CPM for Safety
      • 5 CPM for Fuel
      • 5 CPM for Performance / On-Time (eligible after 2,550 miles)
• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $2,500 Driver Referral Bonus
• Per Diem - Non-Taxable

Qualifications
