Job summary

Thunderstone Logistics is seeking motivated drivers to join our team and earn a steady income with frequent miles and top-paying opportunities. We offer competitive pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and various perks including fuel and safety bonuses.

Average annual pay is about $70,000, with top performers earning $100,000+. Expect 2,000–3,000 miles weekly, CPM of 70, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days of employment. Home time is 2–3 weeks out with central and eastern routes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A license.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes within Central & Eastern Time Zones.
• Drive a 2023–2025 model truck with multiple brands.
• Receive pay via weekly direct deposit and maximize miles.

Compensation

• Per Diem - Non-Taxable
• Average Annual Pay: $70,000 with highest performing drivers earning $100,000+
• Average Mileage - 2,000-3,000 per week
• CPM: 70
• Includes:
  • 5 CPM for Safety
  • 5 CPM for Fuel
  • 5 CPM for Performance / On-Time (eligible after 2,550 miles)
• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Route: Central & Eastern Time Zones
  • NO NYC - We focus on keeping our drivers in the Central and Eastern portions of the country.
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight
• Drop and hook and live load and unload

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• Preferred no more than 3 jobs in the last 1 year
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Meet company & insurance requirements
• Acceptable MVR and PSPSafe driving history
• Reliable and professional
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
