Job summary

Thunderstone Logistics is seeking motivated truck drivers to join our team. We offer a generous pay structure with average annual pay around $70,000 and top performers earning $100,000+, plus sign-on bonuses and extensive per diem and breakdown pay.

Routes focus on Central and Eastern Time Zones with weekly home time and no NYC assignments. You must have a CDL A, be at least 23, and have at least two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience with a clean record.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required and must be 23 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving with a clean record.
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years; knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Must meet company and insurance requirements; pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Route within Central & Eastern Time Zones with weekly home time.
• No NYC assignments; maintain no-touch freight where applicable; drop and hook when required.
• Operate and manage a fleet of modern trucks with safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies; communicate effectively with dispatch.

Compensation

• Average Annual Pay: $70,000 with highest performing drivers earning $100,000+
• Average Mileage - 2,000-3,000 per week
• CPM: 70
• Includes:
  • 5 CPM for Safety
  • 5 CPM for Fuel
  • 5 CPM for Performance / On-Time (eligible after 2,550 miles)
• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $2,500 Driver Referral Bonus
• Per Diem - Non-Taxable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• Preferred no more than 3 jobs in the last 1 year
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Meet company & insurance requirements
• Acceptable MVR and PSP
• Safe driving history
• Reliable and professional
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
