365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A recent graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes with weekly home time and paid training. This is a W2 role with direct deposit and steady weekly pay.

You will operate late-model tractors with mostly no-touch freight and a high drop-and-hook percentage. Benefits include day-one medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, paid orientation, PTO, holidays, and rider policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility.
• Valid CDL-A and ability to meet DOT hiring requirements.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van freight with regular weekly home time.
• Operate no-touch freight with a high drop-and-hook percentage.
• Attend paid orientation and ongoing safety training.
