365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes with weekLy home time, paid training, and steady weekly pay. This W2 driver role offers paid orientation, benefits eligibility, and modern equipment.

You will run regional freight with mostly no-touch loads, a high drop-and-hook share, and extensive support during training before transitioning to regular routes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Run regional dry van freight with regular weekly home time.
• Operate mostly no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads.
• Receive paid training before transitioning to regular routes.
• Operate late-model tractors and maintain safety-focused driving practices.
