Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level CDL-A graduates for a paid path into a full-time regional driving career. No prior professional driving experience is required; trainees will be paid during training before moving to steady regional routes.

New drivers will haul dry van freight, including drop-and-hook loads, on brand-new equipment with weekly home time and weekly pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and a driver-and-pet policy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Completed a minimum of 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• No prior professional driving experience required.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements and have a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training before regional driving.
