365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level CDL-A graduates for a paid pathway into a full-time regional driving career based in Mobile, Alabama. New drivers complete at least 120 hours of CDL instruction and receive paid training before transitioning to regular regional routes hauling dry van freight with drop-and-hook loads.

The position offers weekly home time and weekly pay, with direct deposit every Friday.

Qualifications

• New drivers must have a valid Class A CDL and completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• No prior professional driving experience required.
• DOT/FMCSA compliance and safe operation are essential.
• Strong communication skills are essential for safe and professional driving.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight on regional routes with drop-and-hook loads.
