Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You will start with 3–5 weeks of paid training, then drive an assigned late-model truck with regular weekly home time and mostly no-touch freight.

The role offers stability with weekly pay between $1,600 and $1,800, direct deposit every Friday, and strong support from an operations team focused on helping you become a productive professional.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A and clean driving record.
• Must meet DOT hiring requirements and pass DOT physical.
• Eligible for paid 3–5 week training after CDL instruction (120 hours min).

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van routes with an assigned late-model truck.
• Maintain safety and productivity; handle no-touch freight.
• Coordinate with operations for training, loads, and home time.
