365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes with weekly home time and a structured paid training program. This W2 driver role features consistent weekly pay and modern equipment.

Drivers receive paid orientation, day-one medical/dental/vision coverage, and a path to a 401(k) with company match after eligibility, plus life coverage, AD&D, and rider policies. High drop-and-hook volumes and flexible freight support new CDL careers.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction for paid training eligibility.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van freight with regular weekly home time.
• Manage no-touch freight with drop-and-hook loads.
• Attend paid orientation and training before transitioning to regular routes.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company policies.
