Red Hawk Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Regional Driver for home weekly, featuring a dry van ecommerce freight profile. Drivers start at $0.70–$0.74 per practical mile with annual earnings estimated at $91K–$96K, paid weekly. Expect regional Midwest routing, some Northeast and Southeast work, and no NYC, Canada or Mexico runs.

Truck home with you, modern equipment, and a path to overtime and bonuses. Safety, pay incentives, and generous benefits are part of the package.

Competenze

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 8 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience (OTR or regional).
• No DWI in the past 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical, drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation, no failed or refused drug test.

Mansioni

• Take your assigned truck home (you need a place to park it) and operate a regional route with home weekly.
• Drive lots of Midwest loads with some Northeast and Southeast runs, avoiding NYC, Canada and Mexico.
• Maintain safety standards and perform required checks; detain, load/ unload and on-time delivery as part of a dry van ecommerce freight network.

Tired of being gone for weeks? This regional fleet gets you home every weekend for 48 hours, and the truck comes home with you. Starting pay is $0.70 to $0.74 per practical mile, with estimated annual earnings of $91K to $96K, paid weekly.

• Take your assigned truck home (you need a place to park it)
• Lots of Midwest running, with some Northeast and Southeast loads
• No NYC, Canada or Mexico

Starting Pay Per Practical Mile

• 8 to 29 months experience: $0.70, or $0.72 with hazmat
• 30+ months experience: $0.72, or $0.74 with hazmat
• Extra pay on short hauls: $35 per load up to 100 miles, $25 for 101 to 400 miles
• Detention pay after just 1 hour, plus stop off pay
• Safety based raises at mileage milestones and a $150 anniversary bonus every year
• $1,425 transition bonus ($1,600 with hazmat), plus PTO and orientation pay
• $750 hiring bonus and $500 after 60 days for drivers hired by 11/13/26
• $675 after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
• Every 90 days: CSA safety bonus of $750 plus 8 hours PTO ($925 with hazmat) and an on road safety bonus of $675
• 100% no touch, full truckload dry van, mostly ecommerce and retail
• Heads up: a good share of loads run overnight, so you must be comfortable driving at night
